we moved the start of banquet to 6:30 to avoid some of the heat. 

We have very few swimmers going to city meet this year.  Only 3  jobs have been signed up for. Every family participating must sign up for at least 1 job.  Please sign up in Swimtopia asap.

Due to coaching shortage night practice will be cancelled all week. Apologies to our evening practice swimmers. 

Please have your swimmer(s) pick up their ribbons from the box after practice.  There are some files that are very full!  Way to go Lakers!

If you have registered and paid your swimmer for City Meet please make sure to declare them in Swimtopia. They should be marked as available please. If they are not the league cannot schedule them to swim.
